Scene 1: The Royal Palace
(Lights up. The scene is set in a grand palace. The Queen stands before a mirror.)
Queen:
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?
Mirror:
You are the fairest, my queen.
Queen (angrily):
No! That girl, Snow White, is more beautiful than me. I must get rid of her!
Narrator:
So the Queen, filled with jealousy, decided to send Snow White away. She ordered her servants to take her into the forest and leave her for dead.
Scene 2: The Forest
(Snow White walks through the forest, looking lost and scared.)
Snow White:
I am alone now. I miss my home. But I must be brave.
(She hears a soft sound and follows it. She finds a small cottage.)
Snow White:
Is anyone there? Hello?
(The seven dwarfs appear.)
Doc:
Who’s there?
Snow White:
I’m Snow White. I’m lost. Can I stay here?
Dwarfs (in unison):
Of course, you can!
Narrator:
And so, Snow White found a new home with the seven dwarfs. She helped them with their chores and brought joy to their lives.
Scene 3: The Queen’s Plan
(Back at the palace, the Queen is plotting again.)
Queen:
I will disguise myself as an old woman and give Snow White a poisoned apple.
Narrator:
The Queen followed her plan. She went to the cottage and offered Snow White the apple.
Queen:
Here, my dear, this apple is very sweet.
Snow White (hesitant):
Thank you, but I don’t know you.
Queen (smiling):
Come, child, take it. It will make you sleep forever.
(Snow White takes the apple and falls asleep.)
Narrator:
The dwarfs found her and were heartbroken. They placed her in a glass coffin and buried her under a tree.
Scene 4: The Prince’s Arrival
(Years later, a prince comes to the forest. He sees the coffin and is moved by Snow White’s beauty.)
Prince:
What a beautiful girl! She looks like she is just sleeping.
(He kisses her. Suddenly, Snow White wakes up.)
Snow White:
Oh! Where am I?
Prince:
You are safe now. I have come to rescue you.
Narrator:
They fell in love and lived happily ever after.
Scene 5: The Final Scene
(The characters gather together. The Queen is defeated and the kingdom is peaceful.)
Narrator:
And so, Snow White learned that kindness and courage can overcome even the darkest of times. With the help of her friends and true love, she found her way back to happiness.
